Biography:

Tyler is president and co-founder of HA:KU global, a next generation global leadership institute developing scalable, neuroscience-base leadership with futures intelligence.  He works with Fortune 500 Company innovation, foresight, and HR functions to develop results-driven, step-by-step innovation and foresight processes and facilitates Futures Intelligent Leadership development for executive teams globally.  He is also the host of the Futures Intelligent Leadership Flowcast, a space for experts to dialogue about the future of leadership.
 
Tyler speaks at conferences & board meetings on business relevant application of neuroscience-based strategic foresight, consciousness research, and heart-brain communication, and physiological coherence. He has presented at the Science of Consciousness Conference (Interlaken), Tech Open Air (Berlin), Small Giants Summit (Detroit), Sony Kando (Santa Barbara), World Futures Studies Conference (Mexico City), and Conscious Leadership Series (Hong Kong). 
 
Tyler is a published biomedical researcher and has formal training in Eastern and Western Medicine, Peak Performance Neuro-feedback, Mindfulness, and Strategic Foresight & Futures.
