  • About Us

Welcome to our web site.

The European Futures Observatory (EUFO to its friends) was established in 2004 with three purposes in mind. First, to provide a vehicle through which the practice of futures could be demonstrated to a wider public. Second, to provide a vehicle through which young futurists could gain practical experience to enhance their CVs. Third, to help to develop a European approach to the study of the future. Please go to our projects page for a brief description of our work.

We also publish a range of works that relate to the future, along with reports on meetings that we attend that might have an impact on our futures work. Please visit our publications page to access this material.

If you have any queries or comments on any of our work, please feel free to contact me at stephena@eufo.org.
