Biography:

Carl Michael is a technology executive, strategy consultant and futurist, who actively promotes strategic foresight for enhancing decision making and systems design, to best ensure organisational advantage and transformation. His career has spanned financial services, health, technology, government, start-up, non-profit and research sectors in Australia and overseas where he has worked to enable future viability, governance, sustainability, risk management, information technology, change management and cybersecurity.

​He is an Emerging Fellow at the Association of Professional Futurists and a senior member of the Australian Computer Society. Carl has a Master of Strategic Foresight and an MBA focussed on technology management, as well as a wide range of interests, including history, geopolitics, future studies, theology, social change, wargaming, fly-fishing, sailing and the natural environment.
