BIOGRAPHY
Dr. Annah Kyoya is the Founder and CEO of Leadership Impressions Ltd, a leadership and foresight firm which helps organizations and governments to develop forward looking strategies, identify appropriate cultures mix for business growth, and develop layers of leaders that ensures high performance, growth, and survival of institutions in a fast changing and complex environment. Driven by her passion for ethical leadership in her continent, Dr. Kyoya partners with other like-minded top leaders to train and engage young African professionals and entrepreneurs in various leadership issues. Additionally, Annah works with a South Africa based Advanced Leadership Academy (ALAC) to train leaders within Africa and Europe.
Before devoting her time to consultancy work, Dr. Kyoya worked with World Vision International and Build Africa Kenya in 12 African countries where she facilitated transformational development among poor and under privileged communities. Anne’s passion for transformative and foresight leadership has seen her release various articles and recently, her book Tackling Corruption in Africa: Anti-Corruption Solutions Beyond 2030. Dr. Kyoya is passionate about seeing the African continent become an effective player in the global leadership arena.
Dr. Kyoya holds a doctoral degree in strategic leadership with a major in strategic foresight, from Regent University. Additionally, Annah has two masters degrees in social work and disaster management, and theology and development. Kyoya’s undergraduate is in agriculture and home economics. The mother of two young adults live with her family in Nairobi, Kenya.
