Biography
Alex Floate is a futurist whose goal is to help public and private organizations understand and implement strategic foresight, and has the breadth of knowledge and experience critical to understanding how systems and relationships shape our future.
Dr. Floate’s education includes a bachelor’s in social sciences, focused on politics, economics, history, and geography, and an MBA focused on finance. In 2019 he earned a doctorate in strategic leadership with a concentration in strategic foresight. His experience has ranged from a non-commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps, small business management, and large corporate employment in logistics, supply chain, risk management, and financial analysis.
